严重畸形精子症不同体外受精方式的对照研究
Comparison between Different In-vitro Fertilizations in Patients with Severe Teratozoospermia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of conventional in-vitro fertilization versus intracytoplasmic sperm injection in cases of severe teratozoospermia. Methods 87 cases of severe teratozoospermia were divided into two groups,and treated by conventional in-vitro fertilization( IVF group, n = 46 )or intracytoplasmic sperm injection( ICSI group,n = 41 )respectively. The fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high-quality embryo rate, pregnancy rate and early abortion rate were compared between the two groups. Results The fertilization rate of IVF group was significantly lower than that of ICSI group( 68.48％ vs 81.95％ ,P ＜0.01 );The high-quality embryo rate of IVF group was significantly higher than that of ICSI group( 61.23％ vs 48. 11％ ,P ＜0. 01 );There was no statistical difference in pregnancy rate and early abortion rate between the two groups( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion For patients with severe teratozoospermia, ICSI is not the only choice, combining the sperm concentration, motility and other morphology parameters to select the appropriate treatment method.关键词
