摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the associated factors for surgical complications of thoraco - abdominal injuries among elderly.Methods A resrospective study was carried out in 65 cases of elderly thoraco - abdominal injuries from Feburuary 1999 to Feburuary 2009.Results Correlations existed between surgical complications and factors including age , coexisting sickness before the wound, number of organs injured, injury severity score ( ISS ), operative time, and application of thoracoscope ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion Knowledges of associated factors for complications after the surgery in elderly thoraco - abdominal injuries may help to reduce the incidence rate and to improve the cure rate of surgical complications.关键词
