老年人胸腹联合伤术后并发症相关因素分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Associated Factors for Surgical Complications of Thoraco-abdominal Injuries among Elderly
目的 探讨老年人胸腹联合伤术后并发症发生的相关因素.方法 对1999年2月-2010年2月65例老年人胸腹联合伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 年龄、伤前合并症数、脏器损伤数、损伤严重度(ISS)评分、腔镜使用与否及手术时间与术后并发症的发生差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 掌握影响老年人胸腹联合伤术后并发症发生的相关因素,有利于降低术后并发症的发生率,提高救治成功率.
