助剂对用于乙烷CO2氧化脱氢反应的负载型Cr2O3催化剂性能的影响
Effect of promoters on supported Cr2O3 catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane with CO2

Abstract
A series of supported Cr2O3 catalysts using Co, Fe and Mn as promoters were prepared and characterized by BET,XRD and SEM. The properties of the catalysts for oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene with CO2 were evaluated in a continuous flow fixed bed quartz reactor at atmospheric pressure. The results showed that Co helped to disperse Cr2O3 on the support surface. Under reaction temperature of 923 K, V(CO2)/V(C2H6)=1:1 and GHSV of 6000h-1, C2H6 conversion and C2H4 yied increased obviously when Co or Mn was used as promoters, and for the optimum Cr-Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, the conversion of C2H6 and the selectivity to C2H4 were 62.9% and 90.4%, respectively. And the reaction mechanism was also discussed.关键词
