牛、梅花鹿和山羊X、Y精子头部面积差异分析
Analysis on the Differences between X-and Y-sperm Head Area in Bull,Stag and Goat

Abstract
Flow sorted frozen-thaw sperm from bulls (n=3,purity ≥ 99 ％ ),goat (n=l ,purity ≥ 94 ％ ),sika stags (n=3,purity≥ 91％) with proven fertility were conventionally stained,and their X-and Y-sperm head areas were measured by Motic Images Advanced 3.2 software. The results showed that the X-sperm head area of bull (35.84 μm2± 4.12 μm2) was significantly higher than the Y-sperm head area(34.81 μm2± 3.72 μm2)(P ＜0.01 ),the difference of head areas between X-and Y-sperm was 2.96 ％;The X-sperm head area of sika stags(33.29 μ m2±2.93 μm2) was significantly higher than the Y-sperm head area (32.90 μm2±3.25 μm2) (P ＜0.01 ),the difference was 1.18 ％ ;The X sperm head area of goat (8.53 μm2±3.16 μm2) was significantly higher than the Y-sperm head area(28.07 μ m2±3.19 μm2)(P＜0.01 ),the difference was 1.35 ％. It concluded that the head area of X-sperm in bull, sika stag and goat was significantly higher than that of the Y-sperm.关键词
