摘要

Abstract

Biomedical scienctists have put forward many new concepts full of challenge in the region of Nano-biology science In this paper, the authors explored the relational functional molecule material, installation technology, micro-processing technology and token measure technology of nano-molecule devices. Meanwhile,we discussed the theory, realizing technology and its applied subjects about the formation of molecule circuit or system by molecule device and intergrated molecule device.
