Abstract
Chemiluminescence immunoassay technique is a combination of chcmiluminescence with high sensitivity and immunoassay with high selectivity.The technique is widely applied to medical diagnosis, drug analysis, health and quaranine, life sciences and environmental monitoring. This article provides a brief overvicw of the historical background, basic principles, common luminous object and the features of the chemiluminescent immunoassay.关键词
