纳米二氧化钛光催化净化酸性染料废水的研究
Study of photocatalysis purification of acid dyeing wastewater with titania
摘要
Abstract
Based on the application of nano-TiO2 powder in dyeing wastewater purification, the nano-TiO2 photocatalytic purification to weak acid brilliant blue A dyeing wastewater was investigated.In the initial test, the feasibility and implications were analyzed by single factor method.The influence of dosage of nano-TiO2, initial concentration,initial pH value, and the time of the irradiation on the photocatalysis purification effect is analysed.The optimum purification scheme is determined:under the UV consecutive irradiation for 24 h, the dosage of nanoTiO2 0.1g,initial concentration of dyeing wastewater 40.1 mg· L-1 ,initial pH value 2,the degradation rate reaches 98.4% ,COD removal rate reaches 89.1%.关键词
