摘要
Abstract
The problem of ignoring the complex and changing environment in development planning is analyzed,the framework of the environment analysis in the “Twelfth Five-Year” plan is put forward. Then the external environment including the textile industry environment, Shaanxi regional economic and social development trend and competition of higher education combine with the real conditions of the school development are analyzed, the internal environmental situation from own advantages and disadvantages of the university are concluded. At last,the suggestion about making concerted efforts, planning the “Twelfth Five-Year” in scientifically are addressed.关键词
