七氟醚预处理对大鼠急性肾缺血再灌注损伤肾功能的影响
Effects of sevoflurane preconditioning on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury renal function in rats

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of sevoflurane pretreatment on renal ischemiareperfusion injury and renal function in rats. Methods: Seventy-two adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 24). ①C group : Performed a similar operation without occlusion of renal blood flow. ②I/R group : Performed the operation of renal ischemiareperfusion (I/R). ③S group :inhalation of 2.2% (1MAC) sevoflurane for 60 minute were performed before I/R. After 45 minutes of ischemia and 4,12,24h of reperfusion, serum BUN, Cr levels were measured. The kidney slices were observed under microscope and renal pathological changes were recorded,the tubuiar damage was scored. Results : after reperfusion, the serum BUN,Cr level in S group and I/R group were significantly higher than those in C group (P<O. 05)and which went up with the increased reperfusion time in I/R group ;the serum BUN,Cr levels S group were significantly lower than those in I/R group after reperfusion 12h, 24h (P<O. 05). The Paller' s score for actue renal tubular injury in I/R group increased markly compared with that in C group (P<O. 05),which in S group decreased markly compared with that in I/R group(P<O. 05). Conclusion: Pretreatment with 2. 2% sevoflurane for 60 minutes can provide significant protection against renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.关键词
