摘要
Abstract
Objective : To investigate the effect of fluids resuscitation combined temporary pacemaker on myocardial infarction. Methods: Inferior wall and right ventricular myocardial infarction patients, were grouped into hypotension group and non-hypotension group according to the blood pressure level before the PCI operation. The patients underwent the fluid resuscitation treatment and temporary pacemaker,the clinical effect was observed. Results : After the treatment. The blood pressure of hypotension group was increased, there was a significantly difference in two group of incidence of hypotension in the process of PCI (P＜0. 05) ; arrhythmia of the process of PCI was slowing arrhythmia, the incidence of arrhythmia have the difference (P＜0. 05).Conclusion : It is helpful for relieving the damage of the hypotension shock, and preventing the incidence of the arrhythmia after reperfusion.关键词
