中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术与传统胸腔穿刺术治疗59例结核性胸腔积液疗效对比观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To observe clinical effects of central venuous chest-closed drainage technique and traditional chest cavity drainage technique in drawing fluid from tubercular pleurisy patients. Methods : The treatment group of 142 patients used central venuous chest-closed drainage technique and the control group of 140 used traditional chest cavity drainage technique. The treatment period was two-week. The clinical measures of fever, short of breath, fluid-absorbing time and complications. Results: The time of pleural effusion absorption, time of symptom improvement , average days of hospitalization were shorter in experimental group ,and fewer complications were observed in experimental group. Conclusion :It may be feasible and safe to drain a lot of pleural effusion by using central venous catheter. The catheter drainage can reduce the probability of pleura incrassation incidence.关键词
