垂序商陆对镍胁迫的抗氧化响应研究
Antioxidative Response of Phytolacca americana Under Nickel Stresss

Abstract
Seedlings of 6-week-old Phytolacca americana, a manganese toleranet plant, were exposed to half strength Hoagland solution supplemented with 50 μmol · L-1 or 100 μmol · L-1 NiCl2 for 0～4 days.It was found that the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the seedlings decreased significantly, indicated that P. americana that can accumulate manganese did not tolerant to nickel. The content of MDA and electrolyte leakage increased with elevated Ni concentration and time of exposure. The activities of SOD and POD increased strongly under Ni stress, whereas CAT activity declined rapidly with the increase of H2O2 content, suggesting that the decrease of CAT activity might be one of the responses in the mechanisms of Ni sensitivity in P. americana.关键词
