夏雪片莲种子萌发特性的研究
Seed Germination Characters of Leucojum aestivum
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the suitable environment conditions for the seed germination of Leucojum aestivum, a medicinal plant, and provide the technical basis for its standardized cultivation, the seed characteristics and seed germination rate were investigated under different temperatures with or without lighting,stratification, and ultrasonic wave treatment.The results showed that the thousand-grain weight of L.aestivum seed was 58.45 g.The time for saturated imbibition of the seed was 168 h (7 d).The seeds exhibited dormancy character.Stratification and sowing immediately once upon ripping all were beneficial to the seed germination.The dark environment at 25℃ was favorable to the seed germination.关键词
