摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment for erosive oral lichen planus. Methods A total of 80 patients were treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with total glucosides of paeony (treatment group) or total gtucosides of paeony (control group) in a randomized clinical trial. Mucosal lesion extension was assessed using a three-point scale after treatment. The therapeutie parameter was the efficacy rate. Results The efficacy rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group 1,3 month after treatment respectively(P＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The results of tiis study suggest that triamcinolone acetonide combined with total glucosides of paeony is effective in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus.关键词
