摘要

Abstract

Microwave-assisted extraction of tea polyphenols (TP) from Indocalamuslongiauritus leaves powder was investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments, and effects of solid/liquid ratio, consistency of ethanal, extraction temperature and time, and microwave power on TP yield were examined. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: extraction temperature 70℃, 70% ethanal, materical/liquid ratio 1: 20(mL/g) microwave power 200 W and extraction time 20 min. Under such conditions, the yield of TP was 6.24%.
