一种新型荧光分子的合成及其与曙红Y的能量转移
Synthesis of a Novel Fluorescent Molecule and Its Energy Transfer to Eosin Y

Abstract
A novel fluorescent molecule(NCBNT) with two naphthalene fiuorophores and one 1,8-naphthalimide fluorophore was synthesized through controlled nucleophilic substitution reaction of cyanuric chloride.The synthesized NCBNT was characterized by means of FTIR,1H NMR, MS and elementary analysis.The optimal conditions for NCBNT synthesis were obtained: dioxane and water as solvent ( volume ratio 1.5 : 1.0 ), NaOH as alkali, n( N-butyl-4 [( 2'-aminoethyl ) amino]-1,8-naphthalimide) :n(2-chloro-4,6-bis- (naphthalene-2-yloxy) - [1,3,5]triazine ) 1.2:1.0, room temperature for 30 min and then 80 ℃ for 48 h.The maximum UV-Vis absorption wavelength and fluorescence emission wavelength of NCBNT in N, N-dimethylfonnamide (DMF) were 435 nm (molar extinction coefficient 1.34 × 104 L/( mol · cm) ) and 521 nm (fluorescence quantum yield 0.351 ).The energy transfer between NCBNT and eosin Y, and the effect of naphthalene fluorophores on energy transfer were investigated.When NCBNT and eosin Y coexisted in DMF with the same concentration of 2.5 × 10-5 mol/L,NCBNT could transfer 86.8% of the absorbed energy to eosin Y and enhance the fluorescence intensity of eosin Y by 10.l-fold,which was partially due to contribution of the naphthalene fluorophores.关键词
