中老年干部人群3年体检中糖代谢异常率增长情况及影响因素分析
Increase in incidence and influential factor of abnormal glycometabolism in a group of middle-old age cadres during 3 years

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influential factors responsible for a rising detection rate of abnomal glycometabolism in a group of middle-old aged cadres during 2008 to 2010. Methods All the subjects were asked to answer the epidemiology investigation questionnaires. The subjects who were not diagnosed as diabetes were subjected to oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) (75g). Height,weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, blood lipid, liver and renal function were determined on the same day. The detection rate of diabetes mellitus (DM) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) in 2008 and 2010 were calculated respectively, and the influential factors were then analyzed. Results There were 2431 people who participated in physical examination in 2008 and 2010. The prevalence of DM, IGT and impaired fasting glucose tolerance (IFG) were 12. 3％, 3. 8％ and 1. 1％ in 2008, 20. 8％,13. 0％ and 0. 9％ in 2010. Cumulative new-onset diabetes was 85. 6/1000 per year, with a 4. 25％ annual growth rate. The increasing age and hypertension were significantly associated with DM and IGT. Conclusions The number of DM and IGT patients has increased by 2. 02 times in the last 3 years. Besides increased age, hypertension are the major risk factors for DM.关键词
