摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and backward tracing under the guidance of B ultrasonography in treating complex kidney calculi.Methods A total of 56 cases with complex kidney calculi underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy and backward tracing under the guidance of B ultrasonography.Results All the operations were successful with no case of transfer to open operation.No case showed severe complications during the surgery.No serious complications occurred during the postoperative follow - up of 3 months.The stone clearance rate was 92.9％.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy and backward tracing under the guidance of B ultrasonography in treatment of complex kidney calculi is worth recommending for the safety and high efficiency it displays.关键词
