摘要

Abstract

The wide-format inkjet printer requires the speed of the print carriage remained stable in the printing process. To verify the mechanical and control systems' performance of the print carriage at the whole design process, the paper designed a print carriage system with excellent features so as to speed up the design process. In the paper, it established a virtual prototype of the print carriage mechanism in Adams, and constructed the control system model in Simulink, by means of the package of Adams / Controls to joint Adams and Matlab it made the simulation in performance of the control system for mechanism of kinematics and dynamics. The speed control of print carriage adopted fuzzy PID control method. By use of fuzzy logic toolbox in Matlab, it built the fuzzy PID controller, and through the fuzzy control rules it could change the parameter of PID controller while running. Simulation results show that the application of fuzzy PID control method can achieve the desired effect, and it shows a general method of the co-simulation for complex mechatronic system.
