79例输尿管镜下行气压弹道碎石的疗效分析
Curative-effect analysis on 79 cases with downstream ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of downstream ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.its indications,and the surgical precaution points.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical references of 79 patients who had downstream of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in our hospital.Results Among the 79 patients.75 patients were successful after one ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,counted for 94.94%.Caused by mirror set,2 cases of ureteral stenosis failed;and 1 patient after implantation ureteroscopy,due to complicated circumstances,could not get a glimpse of stones;3 patients were treated with open surgery for stone,stone successed.After surgery.2 patients had ureteral perforation,counted for 2.53%;and treated them with double"J"tube;3 months after treatment.there was no ureteral stricture.There were no serious complications.Satisfaction was high.Conclusion Downstream ureterescopic pneumatic lithotripsy brings small damage to patients;its success rate of discharge of large stones is high;it causes fewer postoperative adverse events;it's a good way for clinical treatment.It is worthy in clinical use.关键词
