摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to establish a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in Danggui tablets by RP-HPLC. [ Method] With ferulic acid as the control standards, its content in Danggui tablets was detected by RP-HPLC. [ Result] Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 8.3 -41.6 μg/ml with the addition recovery rate of 99.9％ and RSD of 0.51％ (n =6). [ Conclusion] RP-HPLC method was simple and accurate with good repetition and high precision, which was suitable for the determination of Danggui tablets.关键词
