摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to detect Shigella by using the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology. [Method] The sequences of ipaH of Shigella was used as target sequences to design primers,the reaction conditions such as Mg2+ concentration,Bst DNA polymerase concentration were optimized for establishing LAMP system. [ Result ] The reaction conditions were optimized and the sensitivity of LAMP assay was 62 cfu/ml. [ Conclusion ] LAMP technology for detection of Shigella was developed,and a technology platform was constructed for the rapid detection of shigella in food.
