Abstract
The influence of the molar ratio of di-iso-octyl phthalate(DIOP) as internal donor to magnesium chloride on the catalyst structure and its catalytic activity in ethylene/l-hexene copolymerization with SiO2-MgCl2 supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by means of BET, SEM and XRD. The results indicated that adding DIOPcould improve morphology and uniformity of the catalyst particles. Along with the increase of DIOP dosage, the catalyst activity decreased, and bulk density and melt index of the resulted product first increased and then decreased.When n(DIOP): n(Mg) was0.10,the bulk density and the melt index( 10 min) of the product and the mass fraction of 75 -750 μm product particles were 0. 35 g/cm3 ,0. 18 g and 98. 36% ,respectively.关键词
