2009年冬季至2010年春季黑龙江省气温持续偏低成因
Analysis of continuous low temperature anomaly from winter of 2009 to spring of 2010 in Heilongjiang province

Abstract
Based on the conventionally observational temperature data, the circulation characteristics from the national climate center (NCC) of China, the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and the arctic oscillation (AO) index from the climate prediction center (CPC) of U.S.and so on, the abnormal characteristics of atmosphere circulation in the middle and higher latitudes from November 2009 to April 2010 were analyzed and the relationship between AO index and synchronous temperature were discussed.The results indicate that climate anomaly of winter and spring in Heilongjiang province is related to 500 hPa large scale circulation.Corresponding middle and higher latitudes areas in North Hemisphere exist"-+-" wave train distribution and circulation pattern is the positive in the north and the negative in the south in the range of 90°E to 180°E because of continuous low temperature in winter and spring.Polar vortex areas in North Hemisphere are larger.The location of East Asia major trough is leaning to the west in winter and strengthening in spring.AO index in winter and spring are abnormally strong and it is in a negative phase significantly.关键词
