德州地区野生黄伞菌种分离及发酵条件的初步研究

摘要
Abstract
Pholiota adiposa (wild-type) was found in Dezhou for the first time.A strain of P.adiposa (wild-type) was isolated and named DZS1.The submerged fermentation procedure was established by using single factor method optimization, the inocula incubated statically on a rotary shaker at 165 r/min, and 24 % in 250 mL flasks containing 100 mL of synthetic medium (original pH 6.0).With this understanding, the curve of growth was presented.关键词
