Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of the continuous stellate ganglion catheterization with neurotropin on cervicogenic headache. Methods 36 patients were diagnosed with cervicogenic headache. They were randomly divided into continuous stellate ganglion block group combined with neurotropin and simple stellate ganglion block group, each with 18 cases.Stellate ganglion was given a con tinuous tube with a pump and with the intravenous formulation of Neurotropin with 7.2 units,Qd ivdrop. The course of treatment is 15 days. The VAS score (visual analogue scale),sleep quality score (quality of sleep,QS),range of cervical mobility (ROM),headache relief rate, improvement of numbness and acantesthesia, the dosage of Ketongning (Tramadol Hydrochloride and Ibuprofen Tablets) were observed after the treatment for 1 days,7 days,15 days and 30 days. Results The scores of VAS,QS,ROM in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05); the feelings of numbness and acantesthesia had great improvement (P < 0.05); After treatment, the two groups showed significant differences in VAS,QS,ROM (P < 0.05),and the improvement of numbness and acantesthesia; the dosages of analgesic Ketongning were lower in both groups, the combination therapy group reduced more obviously and finally discontinued. Conclusion Continuous stellate ganglion block combined with neurotropin therapy has significant therapeutic effects and few side effects on parents with cervicogenic headache, with good patient tolerance and compliance, and has better improvement on pain, numbness, acantesthesia and other neurological symptoms than simple stellate ganglion block.关键词
