小叶龙竹的快速繁殖与离体保存OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Rapid Propagation and Reservation in vitro of Dendrocalamus barbatus Hsueh et D.Z.Li
利用小叶龙竹种子培养的试管苗对其快速繁殖体系的建立与离体保存进行了研究,结果表明:根、茎、叶和小芽各外植体中,小芽切段可以较好的诱导芽的增殖且基本培养基MS附加3 mg/L BA和0.1 mg/L NAA为芽增殖最适培养基,增殖率可达1:4.4.培养基1/2MS附加1 mg/L NAA和1 mg/LIBA为最佳生根培养基,15 d丛芽生根率为93%,27 d丛芽生根率则达到了100%.MS培养基附加10 mg/L CCC培养基为最佳离体保存培养基…查看全部>>
The test-tube plantlets cultured from the seeds of Dendrocalamus barbatus Hsueh et D.Z.Li were utilized to investigate the system of rapid propagation and reservation in vitro, the results revealed that the shoot of seedlings was a better one of the explants that could induce shoots propagation, for which the MS medium supplemented with 3 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was the best one and the ratio of propagation can be 1 to 4.4.While the 1/2 MS medium supplement…查看全部>>
