预防性腹腔造口术临床应用研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of preventive laparostomy on controlling postoperative complications after complicated abdominal procedures.Methods Sixty cases with abdominal operations were randomly divided into preventive laparostomy group (n=30) and control group (n=30), and the occurance of corriplications and therapeutic effect were observed.Results In the preventive laparostomy group, the diagnostic and management time was respectively 0.83 hour and 0.68 hour, obviously better than those in the control group.The curable rate in preventive laparostomy group was 76.67％, which was obviously higher than the control group (46.67％); The death rate was 3.33％ in preventive laparostomy group, much lower than that (16.67％) in control group.Conclusion With the help of preventive laparostomy, postoperative complications could be early detected and dealed with timely.The procedure is harmless with nice maneuverability.关键词
