场效应治疗仪用于老年血液透析病人动静脉内瘘护理的研究
Study on applying field-effect treatment apparatus for nursing care of arteriovenous fistula of elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective : To observe the nursing effect of field effect therapeutic apparatus used for protecting internal arteriovenous fistula of elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: A total of 64 elderly patients elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into test group, hot -compress group and immersion group, and test group accepted field effect therapeutic apparatus nursing (the temperature is 41 ℃ measured by thermometer) , and hot - compress group cases were cared with hot - water bottle with temperature 40 ℃ ~42 ℃ ,and immersion group cases were soaked the entire forearm fistula adopting the 40 ℃ ～42 ℃ hot water, then to compare the effects of three methods of nursing. Results: Blood vessels complication between test group and hot - compress group was not different (P＞0. 05),but was significantly lower than that of immersion group cases (P＞0.05) ;wheras skin complication of test group was significantly lower than that of immersion group and hot - compress group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: Field effect therapeutic apparatus used in nursing care of internal arteriovenous fistula of elderly patients can reduce variety of fistula and skin - related complications.关键词
