冠心病患者左室Tei指数与左室收缩功能的相关性分析
Study on Correlation between Tei Index and Left Ventricular Systolic Function in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of Tei index with left ventricular systolic function( LVSF )in patients with coronary artery disease( CAD ). Methods The left ventricular Tei index in 34 patients with CAD were detected by pulsed Doppler echocardiography. The left ventricular end diastolic volume( LVEDV ), end systolic volume ( LVESV )and ejection fraction( LVEF )in 34 patients with CAD were detected by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,and the correlation of Tei index with LVEDV , LVESV and LVEF in patients with CAD were analyzed. Results Linear correlative analysis showed that the increase of Tei index was positively correlated with the increase of LVEDV and LVESV in patients with CAD( P＜0. 05 ). Tei index was negative correlation with LVEF( P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion Teiindex which is closely related to LVSF in patients with CAD can accurately reflect the left ventricular integral function combined with LVSF.关键词
