De-interlacing algorithm for DIBR
摘要
Abstract
The de-interlacing algorithm for DIBR first performed de-interlacing on an interlaced reference image and its depth image by an intra-field interpolation algorithm based on direction.The interpolation algorithm worked well in eliminating jagged effect by adaptively selecting the direction of interpolation.Then, applied 3D image warping to the progressive reference image and its depth image to generate a progressive destination image.Experiment results show that the proposed de-interlacing algorithm can provide progressive novel views with quite good image quality, and the performance is robust.The algorithm adapts to the de-interlacing of DIBR-based 3D video.关键词
