摘要

Abstract

Virtues and defects of the traditional CPS controlling strategy as well as the existing problems are analyzed. In order to improve the control effects of CPS, this paper introduces the new judge conditions, i.e. product factor of area controlled errors and frequency errors, by calculating which to judge whether it is favourable to recover the frequency, thus to control the movement of the AGC generator. By applying the software Simulink, this paper sets up a single-area control model of power system. According to the results, this new strategy can not only achieve the standards of CPS better, keeping the frequency of power system in the prescribed range, but also reduce the frequency of the AGC generator's movement, lowering the system running cost, having important practicable value.
