《小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病中医诊疗指南》中医证型的德尔菲法评价及分析

Abstract
Objective :To evaluate and screen the concentration and coordination degree of the experts in TCM pediatrics on the syndrome type of The Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment for Children' s Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets for optimization of this book.Methods: Delphi method was applied to this research. All questionnaires were designed based on the research of literature and the opinions of experts' feedback ,distributed more than 40 experts. The reasults in the first two times of survey were analyzed. Results :Totally 35 and 36 valid questionnaires were received in the first and second time respectively. The experts' activity index was 77.8％ and 92.3％ respectively. The pattern type of Guidelines to Diagnosis and Treatment for Children' s Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets was set down.The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on theses guidelines was obviously high. Conclusion:The experts' activity and professional level is high. The experts are from all over China and express the typical opinions of allexperts in this field. So spleen - lung qi deficiency, liver exuberance and spleen deficiency, kidney essence insufficiency are generally recognized. But different opinions are also exist, need further optimizes.关键词
