Abstract
During the process of globalization, one of the most important questions which many countries encounter is to familiarize the international rule of game and global value regulations. The target of this thesis is to study the international regulations of transnational regulations, that is the widely accepted international ethical guidelines applied to transnational companies when they solving different business issues in different countries or regions.关键词
