鳖甲煎丸对糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化大鼠炎症因子作用的实验研究
The Research of Biejiajian Pill on the Expression of Inflammatory Factor in Rats with Diabetic Atherosclerosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the mechanisms of Biejiajian pill in SD rats with Diabetic Atherosclerosis. Methods:The modeling male SD rats were divided randomly into normal control group, model group, Tongxinluo control group, low dose of Biejiajian pill group, and high dose of Biejiajian pill group. After 8 weeks,drawing blood and taking thoracic aorta and examination:①CRP,TNF - α;②the expression of MMP-9 in thoracic aorta by immunohistochemistry. Results:The level of CRP and TNF- α decreased (P ＜0.05 ) and the expression of MMP-9 decreased(P ＜0. 05) significantly compared with model group in Biejiajian pill low and high dosage groups.Conclusion: Biejiajian pill has effect of anti - diabetic atherosclerosis in SD rats probably related with the decrease of inflammatory factor.关键词
