山橿治疗胃溃疡及镇痛抗炎有效部位的筛选
Experimental Study on the Anti - ulcer and Anti - inflammatory Components in Lindera Reflexa
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To filt the effective loc of Lindera reflexa Hemsltreating on gastrelcosis and analgesia and anti - inflammatory action. Methods:Through model experiments, such as the pylorus ligation method and the acetic acid ulcer model of rats, writhing and hot plate pain model of mice, xylene - induced earlap edema inflammation model of mice, observing the effect of Lindera reflexa Hemsl. in different parts of solvent extraction. Results: In the experiments of anti - ulcer, volatile oil group, ethyl group and n - butyl alcohol group were significantly inhibited gastric ulcer,the other parts of the group was not obvious inhibitory effect on gastric ulcer. In the Analgesic experiment and anti - inflammatory experiment of mice, the volatile oil group and ethyl group have a significant anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect,but the other groups have no significant anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect. Conclusion:The parts of volatile oil and ethyl acetate part of Lindera reflexa Hemsl has obviously effect on anti - ulcer and anti - inflammatory.关键词
