Empirical Research on Knowledge Management of Urban Public Sectors-A Case Study of Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
By contrast to mature development of enterprise knowledge management, knowledge management of urban public sector is more important. The empirical research on public sector knowledge management in Shanghai applying structural equation modeling and statistical method shows that: open organization culture has positive effects on knowledge communication,knowledge sharing and organizational learning; urban public sector knowledge management implement in public sector organization has significant enhancement on management, business process, innovation, public service and human resource areas.These conclusions promote realistic references to urban public sector knowledge management.关键词
