广西贺州市糖尿病及相关危险因素分析
Prevalence and Risk Factors Analysis of Diabetes in Hezhou, Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of diabetes in Hezhou, Guangxi. Methods The data of 10692 subjects in Hezhou were selected from the general diabetic survey of Guangxi from 2003 to 2005.Results In 10 692 subjects, there were 267 diabetics ,265 cases of which were more than 18 years old. The prevalence of diabetes and IGT were 2.5％ and 2.7％ ,respectively ;the prevalence of IFG and IGR were 0.1％ and 2.9％ ,respectively. In accordance with the census of 2000 the standardized prevalence of diabetes was 3.42％ IGT was 3.76％ ,IFG was 0.10％,and IGR was 3.97％. According to the age ,the diabetes prevalence of 5 - 18 years population attained 0. 037％ ,of which the standardized prevalence of diabetes was 3.26％ ;the rate reached 4.9％ among the group more than 18 years ,of which the standardized prevalence of diabetes was 4.46％; and the highest rate was the group from 60 - 70 years. The prevalence of the obese people was ten times as much as the angular crowd. At the same time,the rate of illiterate people suffering from the diabetes was 3.14 times as much as the crowd with university degree. On the other hand,the prevalence of public servants and the farmers were the highest ones in light of the different occupations( 7.3 ％ and 6.3 ％ respectively ). While the possibility for the students to get diabetes mellitus was the lowest, that was 0.1％. Meanwhile, people with high-risk of IGT and IGR also attached to diabetes highly. Conclusion Based on the analysis above, the main risk factors of diabetics in Hezhou are age, obesity, occupation, educational level, IGT, and IGR.关键词
