叉头蛋白3在不同分期胃癌组织中的表达
Study on expression of forkhead box protein 3 in different stages of gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression of transcription factor forkhead box protein 3 (FoxP3)in gastric cancer tissue of patients with different stages of gastric cancer. Methods Sections of gastric cancer tissue of patients with different TNM stages were stained immunohistochemieally to study the expression of FoxP3 and their correlations with tumor stage (TNM), gender, age and metastasis. Results FoxP3 protein was expressed in gastric cancer tissue and was located mainly in nucleus and only few in cytoplasm. The positive rate of FoxP3 in gastric cancer tissue was 68％ (38/56),significantly higher than that in normal tissues 23％ (7/30, P＜0.05). The positive rates in gastric cancer with and without lymph node metastasis were 90％(28/31) and 40％(10/25), respectively (P＜0.05). The expression of FoxP3 was independent on age or gender (P＞0.05). The positive rate of FoxP3 expression in cancer tissue of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and the expression of FoxP3 increased with the increase in TNM stage. Conclusions High expression of FoxP3 may be involved in the immune escape of gastric cancer cell and the process of development and progress of gastric cancer.关键词
