Abstract
It is general practice of legislation around the world that there is time limit on copyright protection,which is also the necessary means for legislator to balance the interests between authors and the public. This paper made empirical analysis the relationship between duration of copyright protection and copyright trade based on dates from 56 countries and regions. The analysis outcome revealed that the duration of copyright protection level increases with the rising level of copyright trade first, and then decreases. The relationship between duration of copyright protection and copyright trade forms converse U-shape, which inflection point of copyright trade per capita is 4233.074 U. S. dollars,and duration of copyright protection is 72.386 year.关键词
