不同品系小麦根系分泌物对黄瓜化感作用的初步研究
Primary Studies about Root Exudates from Different Wheat Cultivars on Cucumber Allelopathy
摘要
Abstract
Taking 40 wheat cultivars in Heilongjiang Province as donor and 'Jinyou No.l' cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L. ) as accepter, allelopathy of root exudates from different wheat cultivars on cucumber seedlings were investigated in petri dish experiment. Results showed that different wheat cultivars had different allelopathy on cucumber germination rate, radicle length, radicle and shoot fresh weight. Judging from synthesize effect (SE) value, 'Longfu 04-0348' had the most significant stimulatory effect, and ‘Longfu 17' had the most significant inhibitory effect, their SE values were -15.37 % and 7.76 %,respectively.关键词
