艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤临床研究
Clinical Research of Eddy Injection Combined with Chemotherapy Treatment of Late Malignant Tumor
摘要
Abstract
To observe the quality of life of the patients and recent curative effect of eddy injection in treating late malignant tumor. Methods :71 cases of late malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups, the conventional chemotherapy was used in the control group 35 examples,the treatment group in 36 cases of conventional chemotherapy with Eddie injection based part 40 -80 mL/d;20 d for a treatment course to complete two above treatment,doing the evaluation and comparison of life quality situation and recent curative effect, the reaction and toxicity. Results: Life quality of the patients in treatment group significantly raise, its KPS ratings compared with controls have significant difference(P <0. O5). The total effective rate in treatment group than in control group,but no significant difference( P > O. 05 ). Conclusion:Eddy injection combined with chemotherapy in treating late malignant tumor can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy improve the quality of life and recent curative effect.关键词
