摘要
Abstract
To explore the curative effect of the treatment of the Tibial fractures in children using external fixator. Methods:Using external fixator to cure the Tibiai fractures 14 children,periodic follow -up after surgeries,doing functional exercise properly,evaluating recoverment according to Johner - Wruth classification of Tibial fractures. Results: 14 patients all appeared osseous healing, 1 case fracture delayed union. Conclusion:Judicious use of external fixator in children Tibial fracture will get good effect.关键词
