医用臭氧关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical effect of medical ozone on treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods:96 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randondy divided into two groups of sodium hyaluronate group( control group) ,medical ozone group( observing group). The observation group were injected concentration 30 mg/L of medical ozone 30 mL into the knee joint. The control group were injected 10 g/L sodium hyaluronate into the knee joint. Both groups were treated 4 times for all and once per week. Before treatment and 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after treatment respectively the two groups adoped the visual analogue scale (VAS) and the Lysholm knee score to assess clinical effect, and clinical trial results are analyzed with repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: The VAS scores of two groups 4 weeks ,8 weeks, 12 weeks after treatment are obviously lower than before treatment, (respectively P ＜ 0.05 ), moreover, The VAS score of the olbserving group decreased more obviously compared with the control group at the 12th week after treatment ( P ＜0. 05 ). The Lysholm knee score of two group 4 weeks ,8 weeks, 12 weeks after treatment obviously increased compared with the score of before treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 ). and the Lysholm knee score of the observing group increased more obviously than the control group at the 12th week after treatment(P ＜0.05). Conclusion:Both medical ozone and sodium hyaluronate can relieve joint pain,improve range of motion, but the long curative effects of medical ozone are superior to sodium hyaluronate.关键词
