Effect of Plasma Treatment on PTT Shape Memory Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Improvment effects of oxygen plasma treatment on PTT fabric shape memory function were discussed.Changes on fiber surface morphology before and after oxygen plasma treatment were analyzed by SEM. Through changing plasma treatment time, response power and oxygen pressure, relationships of each factor on fabric memory effect were studied. The tests result show that micro-pits on PTT fiber surface would be formed by oxygen plasma treatment,convex precipitate can be formed, PTT fiber surface roughness can be increased, memory effects of PTT shape memory fabric can be improved greatly.关键词
