轻型牛仔布的生产实践
Production of Light Denim
摘要
Abstract
Production processing key points of light denim were discussed. According to light denim properties such as finer yarn,lower strength,larger density and difficulties in production, yarn tension should be controlled well in dying and sizing process to ensure loom beam quality and uniformity of loom beam color uniformity. Tension in each process should be less to keep yarn elastic elongation. In weaving process, operation should be norm to reduce weft and warp cross bar, ensure loom efficiency and product quality.关键词
