摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To identify genuine medicnal material of Lycium L.by ISSR-PCR molecular marker technique on the level of DNA molecular. [ Method ] Suitable primers were screened out from 50 ISSR primers (lnter-simple sequence repeat ) ,and then used in PCR amplification and electrophoretic analysis for distinguishging Lycium barbarum L from No. 1 and male sterility by finding specific sites. [ Result ] One ISSR primer could amplify polymorphic bands that were suitable for distinguishing Lycium barbarum L. from No. 1 and male sterility [ Conclusion ] ISSR-PCR molecular market techniqlue was quick and reliable ,which could be used in identification of Lycium barbarum L..关键词
