贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版在抑郁症患者中的信效度
Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ among depression patients

Abstract
Objective: To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ (BDI-Ⅱ).Methods: A convenient sample of 142 major depression patients completed the Chinese version of BDI-Ⅱ and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and 20 patients were retested the BDI-Ⅱ after 1 week.Results:The Cronbach coefficients of BDI-Ⅱ was 0.94.The intercorrelations of 21 items range from 0.18 to 0.71 and itemtotal correlations range from 0.56 to 0.82.The test-retest coefficients was 0.55 (P ＜0.05).Exploratory factor analysis showed a two-factor structure, in which somatic-affective factor (SA) included 13 items and cognitive factor (C) included 8 items.This structure fit the SA-C model of English version BDI-Ⅱ.Conclusion: The Chinese version of Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ could be reliably used to assess depression symptoms as a self-administer inventory.关键词
