护理实习生职业暴露现状分析研究
Investigation on Current Situation of Student Nurses' Occupational Exposure

Abstract
Objective To provide evidence for reducing occupational exposure and occupational infection, learn the situation about student nurses' occupational exposure and the prevention, and explore effective prevention and intervention.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to retrospectively investigate the relative knowledge and the situation of occupational exposure in 360 student nurses after intern.Results 360 student nurses were investigated and 354 effective questionnaires were collected.During their clinical intern of 354 student nurses, 42.09％ students occurred occupational exposure.The main phenomenon was skin injury.student nurses' mastering situation on safe and prevention knowledge was not ideal, their prevention sense waspoor.Meanwhile, 41.81％ student nurses knew the principle of standard prevention.The rate of the students' knowledge of occupational safety prevention coming from school education was 20.90％, and the rate of it coming from hospital's topic lecture was 56.21％ , and the student horses were short of systematic education fur occupational safety prevention in college.Conclusions Nursing students are facing the risk of occupational exposure during their intern.Therefore, the students themselves, the college, the hospital and relative units should strengthen occupational safety education and teaching intern management for student nurses in clinical practice.关键词
