滋阴活血汤治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究OACSTPCD
Study of Ziyinhuoxie Soup in Treating yin Defidency Blood Stasis Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Syndrome
目的:观察滋阴活血汤治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:75例确诊的阴虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,根据就诊先后顺序,按照随机数字表法随机分为2组.对照组采用维酶素片,16 g/次,3次/d,口服;治疗组采用滋阴活血汤,1剂/d,水煎服.2组均以90 d为1个疗程.结果:①两组疗效比较,经两独立样本非参数检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组优于对照组.②两组有效率比较经x2检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组优于对照组…查看全部>>
